As exercise partners, you can feed of each other – help maintain inspiration and motivation, while improving your physical condition.

Once the extra pounds start coming off, you'll start to get noticed and people will begin complimenting you on your new and improved appearance. This will also help keep you motivated to stay on track and to maintain weight loss.

So as long as you have a burning desire to lose weight and you surround yourself with a good support system to help you stay motivated through trying times, you will have an excellent chance to achieve weight loss maintenance.

Nic believe's that personal wellness is important to everyone and would like to be more fit, but not everyone has the education. By learning more about personal wellness we all can make each and every day more enjoyable and rewarding.

Nic, has been involved in sports and fitness for about 7 years and is a specialist in general fitness, weight loss, sports training and circuit training.

Nic's hobbies include playing and watching football, playing pool and being outdoors, but his true passion helping people around him in need of support and motivation.

Nic, is a certified personal trainer through the College of Lake County and World Instructor Training Schools.
